GOOD CANDIDATES

Because of CoolTone’s technology, this procedure is not for everyone. While most healthy people are able to benefit from CoolTone, women do need to use caution. If you’re looking for firmer abs, make sure that you do not get CoolTone abdominal treatments while pregnant or menstruating. You may find that your period comes sooner, or cramping is increased or intensified, so make sure to schedule your CoolTone treatments at a different time of the month, and definitely wait until after you’ve had your baby.

PREPARETION

CoolTone is loved for the ease of the procedure. If you’re a good candidate, there’s barely any preparation. All you need to do is show up and relax. In total, your appointment will take less than an hour. You should be able to get a CoolTone treatment on your lunch break, and get tight and toned without smelling like the gym afterward. 

CoolTone is an electromagnetic device that compels the muscles in the target area to contract involuntarily many times per minute.
